The City of Lethbridge is pressing play on a new way for residents to learn about the curbside organic program which rolls out next month.

​Lethbridge 311 has continued to evolve into the central hub for City information and customer service since its launch in 2019. March 11 (3/11) marks the fourth year of the City service and the customer contact centre.

​On Wednesday, during a ceremony at the University of Lethbridge, five members of Lethbridge City Council, including Mayor Blaine Hyggen, added the City of Lethbridge as a signatory supporting the Buffalo Treaty – thus making Lethbridge the first municipality to do so.

Parking fines are still in place for Lethbridge, but no increases will be happening at this time.

​Due to an extraordinary response in the first week, the Lethbridge Clean Energy Improvement Program (CEIP) is currently at full capacity for year one of the four-year program.

​Effective immediately, 19 Avenue South will be closed between 24 Street and 26 Street South so crews can complete a water main repair.

The City of Lethbridge Census starts April 1, 2023.  Door hangers containing a PIN number will be delivered to your residence by a census taker starting April 1st.  This PIN number will allow you to enter in your census information online.
