The public is invited to join veterans and dignitaries in a raising of the poppy flag at 1 p.m. Tuesday, November 4, outside Lethbridge City Hall. This will be followed by the official unveiling of the Veteran Commemorative Crosswalk located across from the Cenotaph.

On Tuesday, November 11, the Lethbridge Remembrance Day Committee has two concurrent 2025 Lethbridge Remembrance Day Services.

For the past 30 years, the City of Lethbridge has partnered with local youth groups to ensure that Christmas trees continue to give after the holiday season. More than 1.5 million kilograms (approximately 95,000 Christmas trees) have been diverted from the landfill since the program began.

An unexpected system outage is impacting Lethbridge Transit’s Access-A-Ride (AAR) and Ride-on-Demand (ROD) services. 

Returning Officer Bonnie Hilford says that with 20/20 polls reporting, unofficial results show that Lethbridge residents have voted in their new City Council-Elect. All polls are now counted, as well, with unofficial results for Holy Spirit Roman Catholic Separate School Division Ward 2 and for the Lethbridge Public School Division contests.
