Urban Construction administers the process of converting raw land into new serviced lots. Our function is to oversee the approval, inspection and transfer of new infrastructure to the City of Lethbridge.

Urban Construction Documents

Service Agreements and Oversize Credit Table
The Service Agreement details the responsibilities and requirements of a Land Developer when constructing a new subdivision.
2016 SERVICE AGREEMENTThe Field Services Guidelines outlines the City's expectations regarding field engineering, quality assurance and construction supervision for new subdivisions.
The Offsite Levy Bylaw describes a levy which is imposed upon all undeveloped lands lying within the municipal boundary of the City of Lethbridge except land designated as Environmental Reserve, Municipal Reserve and Arterial Road Right-of-Way.

The New Community Wayfinding Guidelines outline the City's expectations regarding the installation of Wayfinding signage within public road right of ways (ROW) and on private property adjacent to ROWs.
