At the City of Lethbridge, we offer preauthorized payments. We will automatically withdraw the invoice total on your due date, making it easier for you to manage your payments.

You can sign up for preauthorized payments through your eUtility account, or by submitting a preauthorized payment form.

Payments are accepted in person at City Hall via Interac debit, cheque or cash. Our office hours are Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (Closed Holidays). Our address is:
