If you would like to book an event/ceremony as part of your flag raising at City Hall, you must:
- Indicate in the form; and
- Obtain a special event permit from the City.
The request must be received a minimum of 4 weeks prior to the proposed date of the flying of the flag.
The Mayor and members of Council may attend a flag raising based on availability.
The City Clerk’s Office will contact you to confirm timelines for flag delivery and pickup, ceremony location, time, date and other support required.
