Bylaws & Animal Services

The City of Lethbridge creates and enforces bylaws to maintain the health, safety and wellness of the community and set standards for matters that affect landowners, residents, businesses and visitors in the community. The City enacts these bylaws as authorized by the Government of Alberta’s Municipal Government Act.

Bylaws are approved by City Council and maintained by the Office of the City Clerk.
